The Baltans are highly intelligent creatures with large scissor-like claws. They possess a wide range of abilities, including flight, teleportation, energy attacks, mind control and changing the size of their bodies. They can also replicate themselves and create illusions, leaving their opponents wondering how many Baltans are present at any given time.
